For transcripts or diplomas from:

Public K-12 schools:

  • Please reach out to the school district directly. 
  • Districts do not keep copies of student diplomas, but they are required to retain student transcripts in perpetuity.

  • For information on obtaining a copy of your GED, visit the DiplomaSender.com website or call 855-876-3774. The Colorado Department of Education does not house transcripts. To obtain a copy of your high school transcripts, please contact the school district where your school is located.
  • For information regarding teacher licensure, background checks or fingerprint information, visit the Educator Talent Licensing website, or submit a licensing support request form.
  • The Colorado Department of Education oversees K-12 education in Colorado. Higher education is overseen by the Colorado Department of Higher Education; please visit their website or call 303-862-3001.

  2. Reach out to the course contact for registration and enrollment:
    • Please reach out to the course contact person* listed on the course description and let them know you need assistance. (Each office at CDE manages their own courses.)
    • The course contact will set you up with a CDE Moodle account and enroll you in the course, or help you with any technical issues.

*If you don’t see a contact listed for the course, please let CDE know by submitting this contact form. We will direct you to the right person and office.
