  • WIDA AMS - Request login credentials from your DAC
  • Central Office Services-Service Device (COS-SD v3.0) for ACCESS for ELLs Online and WIDA Screener Online administrations. Central Office Services (COS) installers available for Linux, Mac OS, and Windows on WIDA AMS (login required) 
  • INSIGHT v10.0.1 Test Engine available for download -   DRC INSIGHT installers for iOS, Chrome, Linux, Mac OS, and Windows available  to download the on WIDA AMS (login required) 

Documentation 

The DRC System Status webpage provides real-time updates on operations of WIDA AMS, INSIGHT, the Testing Site Manager, and Educator Scoring. New this year: DTCs can now subscribe to receive email updates when the status of any system changes. We encourage DTCs to take advantage of this feature and expedite their awareness of any service interruptions impacting ACCESS for ELLs 2.0.

DRC Technology Webinars for WIDA 2023-24

DRC and WIDA will be hosting a series of Technology Webinars for Technology Coordinators in the 2024-2025 school year. The purpose of the webinars is to provide details related to the ACCESS 23-24 Software Updates, Technology Installations, Technology Coordinator Support for Test Administrators, and Troubleshooting.   

  • Pre-Testing: Software Updates and Tech Readiness Checklist 
    • Date:  Tuesday, October 1, 2024
    • Time:  12:00-1:00 p.m. MST
    • Summary:  An overview of the COS layout and updates to DRC INSIGHT. It also provides a walk-through of system requirements and the Technology Readiness Checklist.

    • Time:  12:00-1:00 p.m. MST
    • Summary: Provides instructions for how to configure a Central Office Services Configuration and installation of Central Office Services Service Devices if needed.

    • Date:  Thursday, October 10, 2024
    • Time:  12:00-1:00 p.m. MST 
    • Summary: Provides instruction on how to install DRC INSIGHT and registration on varying student devices (Windows, Macs, Chromebooks, iPads).

  • Pre-Testing: Technology Support and Online Preparedness 
    • Date:  Tuesday, November 5, 2024
    • Time:  12:00-1:00 p.m. MST
    • Summary: Provides Technology Coordinators information to communicate with Test Coordinators and Administrators. Topics include establishing a local communication plan to identify issues and troubleshooting if problems arise as well as reviewing when to support Test Administrators at their testing sites by training them to respond to technical issues and when and how to report them.
